PAYMENT STRUCTURE

The initial project will require a 50% deposit. This is for both the client's benefit as well as the designer, to establish a professional relationship and a value of service. Terms will be approved by both parties as to how these payments are distributed. These can be in many forms; check, Direct deposit (ACA) or digital via Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Retainer costs can be also applied if needed in future. All documentation such as NDAs etc can be filled out via Docusign or similar software at client's request if needed.

IDEA GENERATION

The project will begin with idea generation meetings to formulate a structure for the initial logo design, as well as copywriting tag lines, and promotional language.

TIMELINE FOR DELIVERABLES

A clear, concise timeline of assumed deliverables will be established for direction and transparency. A schedule will be established for communication regularly scheduled meetings will commence either  over the phone of via Zoom/Teams for clarity of direction, pipeline needs and turnaround expectations.

Regular communication will be driven by email/text/slack or project management software as per client application.

LOGO CREATION

6-8 different logos will be presented in the initial first design round to establish a direction, and additional revisions will follow accordingly until the logo(s) is approved. Copyright and registration will be determined upon client need.

After the logo is approved by all parties involved, the logo will be applied to the extended brand identity, this will be a living document that ebbs and flows as the company grows in its field.

BRAND IDENTITY

The brand identity will establish a style guide for internal use throughout the brand (s) These will provide structure and guidelines for proper usage of typographical hierarchy, white space, color, imagery and proper document mechanics to provide a consistent and cohesive identity system.

These established guidelines then get applied to all templates for easy application and document creation. If printing and production are required, finalized files get sent to production as per client need, and vendor availability.

Presentations, White Papers, and template creation will also be provided with tutorials for full-skill management to ensure proper usage and easy of creation within the firm.

CONTENT PURCHASING

All images will be downloaded via an established image purchasing stick platform to ensure proper usage and proprietorial licensing. These can be provided via Adobe Stock, Getty or Shutterstock. These images will be sized accordingly as well as digitally manipulated as the project requires. This will also apply to typography purchases if needed, however; free typefaces will be utilized whenever available via Google fonts or Adobe fonts, for easy access to office-wide availability.

FINALIZATION

When all documents are produced and approved by all parties involved, they are finalized, exported to platforms of the clients choosing and released to the client in full with all documents and files for full ownership for the client. The second half the payment would be required at that point. If additional services are required for additional products, further conversation will be in place for future services at client's request. Retainer rates can be petitioned at clients’ behest.  Regular basic design time will be applied to all services not included in packages.
